Have you tried Sujebi? Sujebi is a Korean dish made by boiling anchovy broth with various vegetables and thin dough. Today, I'm going to write about Sujebi restaurants located in Samcheong-dong.
It's close to the Blue House, so it's good to visit for a meal after visiting the Blue House. It's good to see the Blue House review below.

1. Store name: Samcheong-dong Sujebi
2. Location: 101-1 Samcheong-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul
A 30-minute walk from Exit 1 of Anguk Station on Subway Line 3, right next to Samcheong-dong Office.
For reference, if you visit during lunch time, you will have to wait for a long time, so it is recommended to avoid peak hours between 12:00 and 1:00.
As far as I know, making delicious sujebi is simple. You just have to make the broth delicious and make the dough properly. Sujebi at this restaurant is simple, but two things have been kept to make sujebi faithfully to the basics.
It is a restaurant that deserves to be introduced in the Michelin Guide, so I recommend you to visit it. :)
