How are you staying healthy?
I work out to stay healthy.
The reason I worked out in my 20s was to have a nice muscular body. So I worked out hard and ate protein-rich food such as chicken breast and eggs.
But now I'm working out to dress nicely, stay in shape, and work well. Of course, one of the big reasons is that I want to stay healthy with my child for a long time.
So I exercise like this, this intensity is perfect for me. In my experience, excessive exercise interferes with my daily life.
1. Stretching for 5 minutes
You shouldn't get hurt while exercising, so let's warm up and do well.
2. Bench press 3 sets of 15 each + Arm work out using dumbbells 3 sets of 15 each + Shoulder work out using dumbbells 3 sets of 15
Work out with a dumbbell that fits your athletic ability. If you overdo it, it could interfere with your daily life.
3. Leg work out 3 sets of 15 each
I believe it's important to maintain your thigh muscles as you get older. If you don't have exercise equipment, squats are good enough.
4. 10 min run + 30 min brisk walk
I feel so refreshed after sweating a lot.
5. 1 min of handstand
I've heard that it's good for blood circulation, so I turn my body upside down and rest for about 1 min. You can use exercise equipment, or you can lean against the wall if you don't have it.
The iced coffee after a shower is indescribably delicious. It seems to be working out for that moment.:)
