If you receive a boarding pass and boarding gates are 101-132, you need to move to the Concourse. Take the escalator between gates 27 and 28 in the duty-free area of Terminal 1 and go down to the basement, then take the shuttle train to the Concourse.
The Concourse lounge is located in the center of the Concourse. After getting off the shuttle train, take the escalator up to the center of the concourse.
